Don has worked in the real estate industry since 1970. Don worked in residential and commercial sales and was general manager of  Wolstencroft Realty Corp. for nine years before creating Don Lawrenson and Associates Ltd. in 1992. Don is a CRA designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC (RI(BC)) and an affiliate member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Leigh Walker, CRA

Leigh has worked in the real estate industry since 1993. Leigh worked in residential and commercial sales with NRS Block Bros. Realty, worked at the BC Assessment Authority (TRI-Cities Office) before joining Don Lawrenson and Associates Ltd. in 1996. Leigh is a designated CRA appraiser with the Appraisal Instute of Canada (AIC), member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board (GVREB), member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and member of the Mortgage Brokers  Association of BC (MBABC).
